Guided outdoor activities build confidence, teamwork, and mental wellness, giving families positive experiences that strengthen bonds and prevent cycles that can lead to homelessness.
Financial Literacy equips individuals and families with the tools to manage money, build savings, and plan for long-term success. Through our partnership with SBC Solutions, LLC, participants learn budgeting, credit awareness, and responsible financial habits that reduce the risk of homelessness and support true independence.
Fresh Start Through Urban Agriculture, in partnership with Eden Green Farms, provides a healing and supportive environment where individuals experiencing homelessness can rebuild their confidence, emotional stability, and sense of purpose. Working with plants, soil, and nature-based routines offers a calming, therapeutic benefit that reduces stress, anxiety, and feelings of isolation.
